Abhay Innovative is incorporated in year 2023 with a vision to become a leading recycling company that provides innovative and eco-friendly solutions for waste management. Our mission is to reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste by converting it into valuable products that can be reused by various industries. We are into production of washed PET flakes, and during our inaugural phase, Phase 1, we are conducting operations through a washing line located in the city of Hyderabad. We procure waste PET bottles as raw material which undergoes a conversion process in our washing line and eventually washed pet flakes are produced as finished products. Quality Control at the Heart of Our Operations

Quality is at the core of what we do. We understand the importance of upholding essential quality standards. To achieve this, we intend to acquire testing equipment and employ trained personnel to ensure the highest quality in our operations. In the interim period before establishing an in-house testing facility, we will collaborate with accredited third-party laboratories to maintain stringent quality control.
We employ the latest PET Flakes Wash line technology, which is both domestically procured within India and well-recognized in the industry. Quality control is our top priority, and we have obtained GRS (Global Recycling Standards) certifications for both our plant and machinery as well as our finished goods.

Manufacturing Facilities

Our company has acquired an existing washing line in Hyderabad with an annual capacity of 3,600 tonnes from our co-promoter, Mr Raj Kumar Modani.

We use advanced machinery and equipment to wash, flake, dry, and pack the procured waste PET bottles.

Raw Material

The primary raw material used in the process is discarded PET bottles.

Grinding

The initial step involves the grinding of PET bottles.

Washing

Subsequent to the grinding phase, the raw material undergoes a thorough washing process.

Finished Goods

The end result of this process is the production of washed PET flakes, which serves as the finished product.

Color Sorting

Following silver sorting, meticulous color sorting is carried out.

Silver Sorting

After drying, the material proceeds to a silver sorting stage.

Drying

Following washing, the clean raw material is subjected to a drying procedure.
