Our company Abhay Innovative Recycling Ltd. is a recycling company that specializes in converting waste PET bottles into high-quality washed PET flakes. Circular Economy

Our mission to recycle PET waste begins with the highest quality raw materials. We source post-consumer PET bottle scrap, which plays a crucial role in providing hygienic, food-grade, durable, and eco-friendly packaging solutions. The consumption of PET is on the rise, leading to an increase in waste. This non-biodegradable waste poses a significant threat to the environment. Abhay Innovative is dedicated to reducing the environmental impact by recycling PET bottle waste and reintegrating it into the circular economy.

Water conservation

We are planning to implement an effluent treatment facility that plays a pivotal role in our operations. This will not only align with our commitment to sustainability but will also ensure that our production facilities maintain a Zero Liquid Discharge status. Additionally, our emphasis on high-quality PET waste allows us to operate our washing line with significantly lower water consumption compared to the industry average.

Decarbonization

We strategically locate our washing line in close proximity to our raw material procurement areas. This lowers our carbon footprint owing to minimal fleet movement. Furthermore, our commitment to sustainability also extends to our energy sources. Moving ahead, our plan involves the adoption of biomass fuel, commonly known as white coal, for steam generation to heat water. This marks our commitment to an eco-friendly alternative, replacing traditional coal. This conscious choice will aid in substantial reduction of our carbon footprint.

Social responsibility

We support local communities by creating employment opportunities for them. We also provide training and skill development programs for our employees to enhance their productivity and well-being.

ESG Evaluation

Demonstrating our dedication to ESG principles, an independent third-party assessment has been conducted on our washing line. We are strongly committed to identifying and addressing any ESG gaps, adopting a proactive ESG-oriented business approach.
